Comments: I hired another company to take care of my yard but they did not show up as promised. I called Pat and told him the work I needed and that it had to be done by the following day. Pat came over immediately, gave me an estimate which was lower than the other company, and the work was completed the next day.

Comments: I had submitted a review a couple of months ago and it was a negative review because the sod they had installed died after a month or so. When they saw the review, Pat contacted me and we came up with an agreement of how to fix the problem. They have torn up the sod that died and put in new sod on Nov. 7th. So far it looks great, and I am happy with the job and the customer service and am glad this situation has been taken care of.
